| Description | TENDER NOTICE. NO. XEN/CIV/AMN/MUL/2023-24/01 Sealed Tender is invited for below mentioned work. The bidding document shall be issued after fulfilling below mentioned eligibility conditions and upon production of required documents. Sr. # Name of Work Tender Fee (Rs) 1 Tower Protection Wall of Tower No.48 Multan- Muzaffargarh Transmission Line at 500 KV Transmission Line South Multan. 2,000/- ELIGIBILITY OF CONTRACTOR: (FOR ISSUANCE OF TENDER DOCUMENTS) 1. Registered with PEC in category (C-6) qualifying, estimated amount of work and having renewal for year 2023-24 which is verifiable from PEC website. 2. Firm registered with Income Tax and are on active tax payers list of Federal Board of Revenue and Punjab Revenue Authority and submit FBR return filed with the Income tax Department for Financial Year-2023-24 3. Past experience along with attested copies of work order of similar nature work, (Minimum 02 similar nature works). 4. Affidavit in original must be submitted on Rs. 100 Non Judicial paper that the firm has not been black listed by any Govt./Semi Govt. organization & not involved in any litigation. 5. Registered and active member of Federal as well as Provincial Revenue Departments. 6. Tender will be issued only to the proprietor of the firm or his authorized representative, having authorization on Rs.100 non Judicial Paper for Respective works with original CNIC. 7. One person will represent only one firm/ company and will not be entitled to issue tenders for various/more than one firm/ company. 8. List of qualified, technical and non- technical personal. 9. List of tools and plants, equipment and machine. 10. All documents must be signed and stamped by the firm/representative. BID SECURITY: 2 % Bid Secutrity in shape of CDR, issued from any scheduled bank of Pakistan in favor of Deputy Manager (Civil) NTDC Multan is prerequisite at the time of issuance of tender documents. Terms and Conditions: 1) In case the date of opening declared as a public holiday by the Government, the next official working day shall be deemed to be the date for submission and opening of tenders at the same time. 2) No tender will be entertained without Bid security. 3) The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject the tender as per PPRA rule. 4) Bid price must include all Federal and Provincial taxes and duties i.e. Income Tax, General Sales Tax, Provincial Sales Tax etc. 5) 10% Performance Security should be submitted by successful Contractor of each work. 6) Unsealed/Improper Sealed/Incomplete/conditional Bids/Rates offered will be rejected straight away.
